do you know what it's like to have your idol not want to see you? Well this character Brain is facing a tough situationbecause he is the batboy for the baseball team, the Detroit Tigers, and his idol is Hank Bishop and he is some nasty person. He hates just about everyone.
In the book i predicted that Hank Bishop (his idol) will talk to him towards the end of the book bcause Hank Bishop found out that Brian's dad is Cole Dudly (one of the best pitchers of all time) and that was Hank Bishops favorite player of all time. This made me think that Brian has a better chance now.I think it would be cool to have a dad as a major league baseball player.
Hank should at least give him an autograph or something and he wouldn't have to be near him again. Brian's dad said some players that you think are great and are really nice on the inteviews does'nt mean ther nice to you. Brian should have listened to him.
